Aldes is a family international group, owned by the Lacroix family since 3 generations, with its headquarter in Lyon, France.
Supervisory Board
A non-operational body whose mission is to oversee the overall management of the company. It looks after shareholders' interests. Its function is to control the actions of the Executive Board and grant prior authorization in cases defined by law and the company's bylaws.
